Play fair, post fair.
Last updated 1 September 2026
Smashio's feed and posts (docs/social-plan.md) put what you write in front of other players, not just the people in your game chat. These guidelines are what we expect from every post, comment and profile — on top of, not instead of, the Terms of Service.
Not tolerated, ever
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats directed at another player.
- Sexual content, or content involving a minor in any context.
- Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
- Doxxing — sharing someone else's phone number, address, or other private details without consent.
- Impersonating another player, club, or venue.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for the above. A single confirmed instance can mean immediate content removal and account suspension — no warning required.
Also not welcome
- Spam, unrelated advertising, or repeatedly posting the same thing.
- Fake "looking for players" posts for games that don't exist.
- Coordinated pile-ons or brigading another player's posts or profile.
How it's enforced
Every post and comment is checked automatically before it's published. Anyone can report a post, comment, photo, club, or profile directly from the app — reports go to a human queue with a 24-hour response target. You can also block another player at any time; blocking is immediate and mutual, no report needed.
Report it
See something that shouldn't be here? Use the report button on the post or profile in question, or email hello@smashio.com.au if you can't access the app.
