We're in private beta in Sydney right now, ahead of a public launch. iPhone testers can join through TestFlight from the homepage, Android testers through Google Play. Android spots are invite only for now, so email us the Google account you'd use and we'll add you to the tester list.
Is Smashio free?
Yeah, finding and joining games is free. Any court booking fees are set by the venue, not Smashio.
How does the skill tier system work?
Your tier is based on games played and self-reported skill level to start, and adjusts over time based on match results and player feedback, so games stay fair.
What if someone doesn't show up to a game?
No-shows affect the offending player's reliability score, which is visible to hosts before they approve join requests. Repeated no-shows can lead to account suspension. See our Terms of Service.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email hello@smashio.com.au and we'll delete your account and personal data within 30 days. Details in our Privacy Policy.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email us at hello@smashio.com.au with what happened and, if you can, a screenshot. Helps a lot.
